The crawler is looking for scholarship pages with clear funding and Iraq eligibility signals.
- Official scholarship hubs and university funding pages are prioritized over general directories
- The page must strongly suggest a full package such as tuition coverage plus stipend or living support
- The page must explicitly include Iraq, list Iraqi applicants, or clearly state broad international eligibility
- Each result shows application status, deadline, location, benefits, criteria, and source links
- Open scholarships are sorted first, then rolling and review-needed pages, with closed pages at the end
